Description
Class of 1922 assembling for Lantern Night in the cloisters, dressed in academic garb. Lantern Night is a ritual that takes place midway through fall semester to welcome the first-year students to the academic life of the College. Traditional college songs are sung in Greek and every student is presented with a lantern in her class color, which symbolizes the quest for knowledge.
