Letter to her mother thanking her for sending a trunk of goods; and describing a dinner with Miss [Ellen Fitz] Pendleton's niece, a Shakespeare Society open house, making candy, and her plans for a trip to Boston. She adds in a postscript that she was not able to go to Boston because of an outbreak of German Measles in the city.
