Description
Cornelia James Cannon was a member of the Radcliffe College Class of 1899. These letters home to her family describe her coursework and grades, as well a possible position as an assistant in a chemistry laboratory. She also mentions going to the “Industrial Union of factory girls” in Boston to hear a speaker about child labor, and describes a visit to the island of Nantucket.
